Your Prescott Hometown REALTOR
About Dawn Poulin
Dawn Poulin is a native born Arizonian. Her family moved from Phoenix to Prescott when she was one years old. She grew up, and still resides in the Park Ave/Copper Basin area. After graduating from Prescott High School in 1997 she went on to Yavapai College taking classes in both real estate, and criminal justice.
Dawn received her real estate license in 2001. Her career flourished quickly, and she soon became a multi-million dollar producer.
In 2002 Dawn met the love of her life, Joe a Prescott police officer. His career makes it possible for Dawn to keep her criminal justice interests satisfied, while she continues doing what she loves, which is selling homes in the town she grew up in.
Dawn is actively involved with her girl’s schools. She is a former PTA president of Lincoln elementary school, which is also one of the elementary schools Dawn attended as a child. Being a Prescott woman through and through Dawn also stays active in the community. Joe and Dawn created an annual safety fair, which she says, “is a fun way of reminding the kids about safety before summer starts.” The event has participation from the Prescott & Prescott Valley Police, Prescott Fire Department, Prescott National Forest Service, Yavapai County Sheriffs Department, YMCA, Prescott Animal Control, Native Air, and Lifeline Ambulance.
Dawn is also actively involved with the Yavapai Casa for Kids Foundation, Prescott Area Young Professionals, Yavapai County Contractors Association, and in 2014 started the annual prayer service held downtown Prescott in honer of our first responders.
Joe and Dawn have two beautiful daughters, are foster parents to many more children who come into their lives, they have 7 chickens, and one crazy rescue dog. In her time off you will most likely find Dawn at one of her oldest daughter’s soccer games, or watching her younger daughter at gymnastics. She enjoys camping, reading, bike rides with her family, hiking, traveling, and yoga.
